Who is Shasvatm ERP for?

Construction, EPC, infrastructure and other project-driven organisations in India that need procurement, stores, subcontract, billing and — on B1/Enterprise — finance, plant, planning, quality, safety, payroll and mobile on one backbone.

What does the Procurement to Pay cycle cover?

Indent against the project, enquiry and vendor comparison, purchase order or rate contract, gate in and GRN, then vendor bill and payment — with GST and e-invoice on B1/Enterprise. Stores still issue, transfer and return material after GRN. That is the P2P cycle in the 2026 product profile.

What does the Project to Cash cycle cover?

Project, client contract, BOQ, claim bill, certified bill, proforma, tax invoice and receipt. A project can carry several contracts, each with its own BOQ and billing thread. Claims are raised from quantities and progress; certification, GST invoicing and collection stay on the same project spine. Tax invoice, e-invoice and receipt posting sit with finance on B1/Enterprise.

How is a first walkthrough run?

Typically 20–40 minutes on your processes, not a generic slide tour. We map priorities, narrate the Procurement to Pay cycle where it matters, and say if the fit is wrong. There is no obligation next step.

Is this the same as Shasvatm CRM or EntryCrew?

Same product family from Spontaneous Enterprise. CRM is service-led B2B; EntryCrew is visitor and gate operations; Shasvatm ERP is construction and project control.

What can people do on mobile today?

Approvals, GRN, material issue, internal transfer, gate in/out and indent requests — on the same workflow and audit trail as head office. That is current product capability, not a roadmap claim.

Is implementation included in the licence?

No. Implementation is quoted separately and follows seven stages with exit criteria. Customisation is a change request, not an open bucket.
